The location was perfect for us, as it was close to the breathtaking mountains. The service was top-notch, with attentive room service and a friendly housekeeping staff. We especially loved the welcome drink upon our arrival. The hotel also offered tours and ticket assistance, which made exploring the area hassle-free. The room amenities were excellent, including heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The sitting area and terrace provided a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind after a day of adventure. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, while the garden furniture allowed us to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
We would highly recommend this hotel to friends because of its luxurious accommodations and exceptional service.

The breakfast offered a great variety of food, including fresh fruit and vegetable juices made by a machine. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering travel advice for the area. The room had a fan available to cool down during the summer months. the hotel was located close to popular tourist attractions.
The pillows provided were too soft for personal preference. The location of the hotel was not the most convenient for those without a car, requiring transportation to the train station.

Enjoyed my Christmas stay at this hotel. the breakfast spread was fantastic, and the fresh juices made by a robot were a highlight of my morning routine. the staff was very helpful with travel questions and recommendations. the hotel isn't in the most convenient location, but having a car is ideal. One great advantage of this hotel was the provision of a fan upon request for cooling down the room during the summer.
The soft pillows were a disappointment. the housekeeping staff was able to replace them with better options upon request.

the staff was very friendly and helpful during our entire visit. the breakfast had a great selection of healthy foods, plus you can even order a robot-made juice. the location was a bit far from some attractions, but it was ideal if you had your own transportation. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was immaculate. this, we were given a fan to cool down the room during the summer. We recommend this hotel for all travelers!
The location was not very convenient for those without a car.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was the best part, with a wide spread of delicious food and a robot that made fresh fruit and vegetable juice. The staff at the hotel were also excellent, with Anne at the reception being especially helpful in answering all my travel questions. The hotel's cleanliness was great and the facilities were well-maintained. Although the location was a bit far from transportation, the hotel offered a fan on request during hot summer months.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
